Devil's Food cupcakes is the name. I have been wanting to try this recipe for quite sometime and I did it! The name sounds scary but there's nothing sinful or devlish about this cake except perhaps it got its name because of its sinfully nice and rich and supposedly moist.
Whatever the reason or excuse for the name, I find it tantalizingly good and nice and it sorts of melts in the mouth with its softness and richness.
It's texture is different from chocolate moist cake, it's soft and airy with a crumbly top.Whether you eat it plain or with icing, they taste equally good.
There you go, another new recipe , new menu or collection to zue's Oven for cake lovers out there.My next mission is to try the Red Velvet Chocolate Cake.
