" Zue buat simple2 je, she's only one year old, but I couldn't help myself from decorating this cheesecake , this itchy itchy hand just want to arrange the colourful choc one by one tho' it's time consuming but it's therapeutic, just like raking dry bamboo leaves or cutting off or scissoring off yellow leaves or simply weeding. I found doing all those things kind of relaxing, it takes your mind off things for a while cos you were busy weeding and trimming and sweeping....." Hello!!come back to this world Zue! we are talking cakes here.!!!....right, where were we? Ok, plain bake cheesecake, one of the other popular request from my friends.no glazing, just piped small circles using piping jelly and final touch, just add two figurines ( speaking of which, I am about to acquire new skils in fondant deco from one talented lady whom I've been admiring her detailed and intricately designed creation work from afar, especially figurines and fondant roses , so watch this space for future posting of miniature teddy bears maybe or dwarfs, perhaps, we'll see, )on the cake board next to the birthday wish for Amanda, long name actually but I can only remember this one.
