Happy Birthday to my friend.
Marble cheese brownies is chocolate brownies at the bottom with cheese topping . I received all sorts of comments and remarks on this MCB. Majority like it as it , for nut lovers, they wanted the base with lots of nuts instead and so I used 'Luxury brownies' recipe for the base ( with almonds, cashew and walnuts), for cheese lovers would prefer the toppping with more cheese. however, most like it as it is.
Why is it called 'marble'?Because the original version had a marble effect or design but just for the fun of it, I decided to make other designs and deco on it.Hence, the name remains but not the design.
