If a couple of days ago, I woke up at 3 am to complete my cupcakes deco for the " Happy 40th b'day Teh" ,this time I woke up at 4 am to make the ganache for my choc moist cake and to deco at the same time, it's like waking up for your "sahur" during the fasing month. Fortunately, Alisa,the birthday girl would be coming over at 3 pm to pick up the cake, so I started with the bows first, left them to dry and went to sleep for a couple of hours , only to wake up early to start decorating on the cake.
